Management support

A tool for trade associations that can collect aggregate information and focus their efforts effectively on critical aspects of sustainability, helping them develop support programs for their member companies

A tool for the government via the visualization of sectorial integrated management indicators as well as information on company contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

A tool for consumers, who are able to verify how food is produced and make responsible choices.

By using the toolbox or step-by-step guide, which allows the various subsectors to develop their own sustainability standards under the principles of materiality, completeness, comparability, inclusiveness, reliability, and review.

The standards developed for each food sector are a commitment to evaluate, measure, and manage the impacts of food production for a sustainable production from the farm to the future.

How do we get involved?

To access the Conscious Origin Chile certification, the company and its facilities must first subscribe to the Program through online registration on the Conscious Origin Chile website.

Secondly, you must adhere to the APL (Clean Production Agreement) corresponding to your sector:

Conscious Origin Chile Program APL – Sustainability Standard for Dairy Farms

Conscious Origin Chile Program APL – Pork Sector Sustainability Standard

Conscious Origin Chile Program APL – Poultry Sector Sustainability Standard

Here you can find information about the accredited auditors who can audit the facilities subscribed to the Conscious Chile Origin Program.

Chile Conscious Origin certification requires passing regular, rigorous evaluations by the Sustainability and Climate Change Agency (ASCC), as established in the APL and the tenth article of Chilean Law 20.416.

After obtaining the APL Certificate of Compliance from the ASCC, the Program will award you with the Chile Conscious Origin Distinction.
